OK, I need to start updating this page more often. It's been over a month.
I cut out one day of the previously posted routine. 5 days a week just turned out to be too much to handle right now. So I'm on a 4 day split, combining the back and shoulders into one day. I am liking the separate day for arms though, I am really happy with the way they are starting to look.
I have a little more than a month before the "countdown" is complete! I'm feeling a little chunky right now though since I haven't been strict on my diet. Finding the balance between eating enough to grow without putting on extra fat is tough. I think I need to start hitting the bike again for cardio.
